The ingredients for our Christmas menu have been carefully selected from some of the best local suppliers in the country. Here are some of the great food stories behind the Christmas treats on offer, only at Fuller's.

Turkey from Usk Vale in Monmouthshire
All of our turkeys are barn-reared by Nick and Maria Davis in the rolling Usk Valley in Monmouthshire. The Davis family are traditional dairy farmers, who for the past 30 years have supplied local butchers with beautiful, full-flavoured turkeys.

Salmon from the Severn and Wye Smokery in Gloucestershire
Taste the centuries-old curing techniques used by Gloucestershire's Severn & Wye Smokery in our London Porter hot-smoked salmon. Owner Cookie only uses the finest salmon from sustainable sources, which, when combined with London's best beer, our very own London Porter, creates a mouth-watering fish dish, perfect for Christmas.

Black Cab Christmas Pudding
Our Black Cab Christmas Pudding is so-called because it uses Fuller's famous Black Cab Stout, a beer inspired by a double stout recipe from 1893. Crafted from five different malts, we use Black Cab to soak the prunes and apricots, infusing the pudding with an intense fruit flavour in every spoonful.
